Took another break. It did not end well. I weigh 206.1 pounds as of this morning. So back to blogging and accountability it is.
I had cookies and rootbeer for breakfast. Oops.
For lunch, I had turkey soup and coke.
I had orange soda, iced tea, and cheezits for a snack.
Chicken spaghetti and coke for dinner.
Cookies, cheezits, and rootbeer for snack.
I've got a lot to do to reestablish good eating habits.
