No breakfast.
Soup and a biscuit for lunch with coke.
Mozzarella sticks, snack crackers, cocoa, and iced tea for snack.
Pizza and chips with coke for supper.
Candy for snack.

Day 46

204.9 this morning.
Protein bar and iced tea for breakfast.
Rootbeer at work.
McDonald's for lunch.
Twizzlers for snack.
Turkey/stuffing sandwich with iced tea for dinner.
Twizzlers again.
Snack crackers, iced tea, and hot tea. And some water.

Day 44

Midnight snack...juice and a rice krispies treat. I'm marathoning The Lizzie Bennet Diaries. It's a good excuse.

Apple pie and cocoa for (a very late) breakfast.
Mozzarella sticks and snack crackers with rootbeer for a very late lunch.
Tomato soup and mozzarella sticks with iced tea for supper.

Day 43

205.4 lb. this morning. I was pleasantly surprised not to have paid more dearly for last night's splurge.
For breakfast I had a protein bar and iced tea.
For a snack I had iced tea and snack crackers.
For lunch I had leftover Thanksgiving. Well, turkey, a roll, and sweet potatoes.
For snack I had Wheat Thins and stuffing and rootbeer.
For supper I had a turkey...and stuffing...sandwich and too much rootbeer. Really hoping the damage isn't too bad tomorrow...If I drink some water, stay up late, and sleep in late, the scale should balance out.
Yes, I know this isn't the healthiest way but it isn't the most unhealthy, either. I'll find my health balance at some point. I hope. In the meantime, I don't have an eating disorder, and I'm losing weight, so that's some progress toward health.

Day 41

206.0 pounds this morning.
For breakfast I meant to have cereal but the milk had gone sour, so I had to dump it out. Instead I had iced tea and a protein bar.
At work I had water and some exercise.
For lunch I had a turkey sandwich and a rice krispies treat with rootbeer.
When I got home I was dizzy so I had a protein bar.
For supper I had coke and chicken alfredo.
After supper I had iced tea.

205.8 pounds today! Sleeping does make a difference. Reaaaallly hoping 207.7 doesn't come back tomorrow...

For breakfast I had a rice krispies treat and iced tea.

For lunch I had soup and mountain dew.

For supper I had McDonald's.

After supper I had a sunkist.

Day 39

Back in my 207.7 lb. plateau...
Bowl of cereal for breakfast.
Rootbeer, a turkey sandwich, and a rice krispies treat for lunch.
I had a cookie and a milkshake when I left work.
A small slice of pizza and coke for supper.
After supper, I had one mint patty and a mug of cocoa.

Day 38

206.7 this morning! Whoot! Apparently I lose a lot more weight when I get a decent night's sleep.
Breakfast was pancakes with sparkling orange juice.
Lunch was a turkey sandwich with rootbeer and pumpkin eggnog.
Wheat thins, iced tea, half an ice cream bar, a glass of apple juice, and some cocoa marshmallows for snacks.
Half a bowl of chili and a piece of corn bread with coke for supper. The beans were undercooked so I didn't finish them.
Also had a little box of nerds...

Iced tea and rice krispies treat for dessert

When I got home from work I had rootbeer and a small brownie.
After my shower I had Dr. Pepper and goldfish crackers.
For supper we had broccoli, chicken, and macaroni. With Voltage! Mountain Dew. I do not intend to eat or drink anything but water for the rest of the day.

 I'm back, after a brief and unexpected hiatus...from both blogging and dieting. Fun fact: I actually don't know how to pronounce hiatus. Homeschooled!
Anyway I weighed 208.8 pounds this morning.
For breakfast I had a protein bar.
At work I had rootbeer and did a little heavy lifting.
For lunch I had a lunchable and a cupcake.
Then some water at work.
For supper, apple juice, macaroni, and half a burrito.
Snack: Dr. Pepper, some goldfish, and some cheezits.
I need to try harder...

Day 29

207.3 this morning. A little more than yesterday but still good.

Breakfast was cereal, a cookie, and some apple juice.

Snack was sunkist and doritos.

Terriyaki chicken nuggets and doritos for lunch

Iced tea and cookies for snack.

Pizza and apple juice for supper. (I really do enjoy apple juice.)

Hot tea and three cookies for snack at Bible study. It was social eating and I wanted to try different things...I'll pay for it in the morning I'm certain but I can return to my stricter ways of eating tomorrow, Lord willing.

208.0 pounds today. That is 10.3 pounds lost since I began!

For breakfast I had my usual. For lunch I had chicken, potatoes, broccoli, and a roll, with coke. For supper, the same, except I had carrots instead of broccoli.

I also consumed a cupcake, a donut, some milk, some iced tea, a few other sips of soda, and three bites of other snacks.

209.1. Still progress!

For breakfast I had, basically a breakfast corn dog, and iced tea. The corn dog is actually pancake around turkey sausage on a stick.

At work I drank water.

For lunch I had a lunchable.

For supper I had Burger King.

Day 22

209.2 pounds this morning! That's 9.1 pounds lost since I began this journey.
 For breakfast I had a mini reese's cup, a bite size kit kat bar, a toasted PB&J, and a mug of iced coffee.
For lunch I had tomato soup, mountain dew, and a grilled cheese sandwich.
I had Taco Bell for supper.
I also consumed a few more mini candies throughout the day.
 And for a nighttime snack because I was hungry I had the last lemon biscotti and some iced tea.

Day 21

210.3 today.

But today is the day the weekend ends. So now I will be trying again.

Breakfast was my usual. Chicken on biscuits and iced coffee.

At work I drank water.

Lunch was a lunchable.

After work, I was starving, so I had a large milkshake.

For supper we had...um...what was it...Oh, chicken, broccoli, and potatoes, with mountain dew.

After dinner, I ate the cupcake my neighbor sent me, and three bite size kitkats. And drank some more iced coffee. I'll pay for it tomorrow, I'm sure. Fail. But Lord willing, my last fail.

Day 20

210.2 this morning. Well. I actually lost weight from yesterday.

Breakfast was iced tea and a peanut butter and jelly toasted sandwich.

Lunch was a meatball sub and homemade potato wedges with soda.

Snack was iced tea and goldfish crackers.

Next snack was just a sliver of chocolate pie.

Dinner was a taco and coke.

Dessert was the last Danish and more iced tea.
