Day 37

207.7 this morning.
Granola bar and Dr. Pepper for breakfast
Water and lots of heavy lifting and climbing at work.
Lunchable and wheat thins for lunch
Goldfish crackers, a rice krispies treat with cocoa and pumpkin eggnog
Dr. Pepper and a turkey sandwich for dinner
Iced tea and rice krispies treat for dessert
