209.2 pounds this morning! That's 9.1 pounds lost since I began this journey.
For breakfast I had a mini reese's cup, a bite size kit kat bar, a toasted PB&J, and a mug of iced coffee.
For lunch I had tomato soup, mountain dew, and a grilled cheese sandwich.
I had Taco Bell for supper.
I also consumed a few more mini candies throughout the day.
And for a nighttime snack because I was hungry I had the last lemon biscotti and some iced tea.
