For breakfast I meant to have cereal but the milk had gone sour, so I had to dump it out. Instead I had iced tea and a protein bar.
At work I had water and some exercise.
For lunch I had a turkey sandwich and a rice krispies treat with rootbeer.
When I got home I was dizzy so I had a protein bar.
For supper I had coke and chicken alfredo.
After supper I had iced tea.
