Day 43

205.4 lb. this morning. I was pleasantly surprised not to have paid more dearly for last night's splurge.
For breakfast I had a protein bar and iced tea.
For a snack I had iced tea and snack crackers.
For lunch I had leftover Thanksgiving. Well, turkey, a roll, and sweet potatoes.
For snack I had Wheat Thins and stuffing and rootbeer.
For supper I had a turkey...and stuffing...sandwich and too much rootbeer. Really hoping the damage isn't too bad tomorrow...If I drink some water, stay up late, and sleep in late, the scale should balance out.
Yes, I know this isn't the healthiest way but it isn't the most unhealthy, either. I'll find my health balance at some point. I hope. In the meantime, I don't have an eating disorder, and I'm losing weight, so that's some progress toward health.
