208.0 pounds today. That is 10.3 pounds lost since I began!
For breakfast I had my usual. For lunch I had chicken, potatoes, broccoli, and a roll, with coke. For supper, the same, except I had carrots instead of broccoli.
I also consumed a cupcake, a donut, some milk, some iced tea, a few other sips of soda, and three bites of other snacks.
