Day 36

207.7 this morning. Progress!
Protein bar for breakfast
Water at work
Some heavy lifting
Lunchable, rootbeer, cupcake, and nuggets for lunch
A little coke and small handful of Swedish fish when I got home
Dr. Pepper, macaroni, a few mini stick pretzels, and half a barbecue chicken sandwich for supper.
