Day 18

Well, no setbacks today. 209.8 pounds. That's a loss of 8.5 pounds in 18 days. Not bad.

For breakfast: two mini chicken biscuits and iced coffee

At work: about one fourth of a bottle of water.

Lunch: Coke and Mexican rice

Snack: three terriyaki chicken nuggets, and two or three bite size chocolate bars.

Walked to my friend's house.

Dinner: grilled cheese and coke.

I drink a lot of coke...probably should stop.

After supper I drank the rest of my Dr. Pepper from yesterday, and I ate a lemon biscotti and a handful of goldfish.
