Day 3

Weighed 216.2 pounds.
Ate sausage and cheese biscuit sandwiches again, but no apple
Had rootbeer at work.
Did some heavy lifting at work.
Had meatloaf and fried rice and a cookie when I got home.
Had cocoa with whipped cream and a jumbo marshmallow after.
Too tired for meat on the bones of this entry.
