Day 14

211.0 lb. this morning.
Chicken biscuits and iced coffee for breakfast.
I was feeling dizzy so I got chicken nuggets at work to go with my cereal. I had rootbeer with my lunch as well. I refrained from eating the biscotti I packed to go with my cereal originally, though.
I didn't get much of a workout but I probably sweated out a bit of weight at work. Gross, I know.
For supper we had chicken, broccoli, and mashed potatoes, with rolls and cola.
After supper I was really hungry so I decided to have a banana but only ate half of it because it was overripe. Then I broke down and ate that biscotti with iced tea. But I guess, it's okay to splurge once in awhile.
