Day 11

I reached 213.7 again. I never thought I'd be happy to see that number on the scale but I am. I got too fat and now I am reaching for health and it is progress, so I am glad.

For breakfast I had iced coffee and my two sausage biscuits. That box is really lasting a long time...

For lunch, I had a fish sandwich, fries, and a soda. Bad. I know. I forgot to pack my lunch and had to eat at work and was in a hurry before customers came and wanted me to take their order off the clock so I just ordered the first thing I came up with. And just in time too because I had no sooner swiped my card than a customer showed up. I also did some heavy lifting at work.

For supper I had the same as last night and a small handful of Jelly Beans after dinner because my sister shared with me. And also between work and supper I had a bite size chocolate bar and four maple candies...I have a bad feeling about tomorrow's number on the scale but I will pray and hope it is at least the same, if not lower.
