Ah yes. 210.4 lbs. this morning. Even lighter. I am happy.
For breakfast I had iced coffee and chicken biscuits again.
I had a coke after breakfast.
For lunch I had a quesadilla and slushy.
I had a bit of a workout teaching swim lessons. Not much but something.
After lessons I had half a homemade donut.
For supper we had burritos with Mexican rice and Coke.
After supper, I had a bottled water, and a single saltine cracker, and a glass of Arizona honey and ginseng green tea.
