SEVEN POUNDS GUYS I'VE LOST SEVEN POUNDS IN 13 DAYS. Today the scale read 211.3.
For breakfast I had iced coffee and the last set of my sausage biscuit sandwiches.
I painted my room some. It wasn't much of a workout but it required a bit of stretching.
For lunch, a little bit of eggnog, some goldfish, and tomato soup, and some apple juice.
To celebrate losing five pounds, I went shopping and bought a new skirt.
For supper, I had Taco Bell. After supper I had a cookie and glass of milk.
