This morning I was 214.3 pounds. I guess that splurge last night left a mark.
For breakfast I had my two mini sausage biscuit sandwiches as usual.
Then I had rootbeer at work and then for lunch I had a lunchable and later more rootbeer. During work I did some heavy lifting. And after work I had a low-fat iced cream cone and some sour patch fruit.
For dinner we had pot roast with vegetables and garlic bread. I did not eat all my meat or vegetables but I had two slices of garlic bread. They were small, and I was craving bread.
After dinner I had a few pieces of candy. I hope they do not leave a mark as the candy and eggnog did last night.
