Today I did not do incredibly well. I weighed in at 218.3 pounds. For breakfast I ate two mini sausage and cheese biscuit sandwiches and drank white grape juice. I had no snacks til lunch but for lunch Dad got KFC. And I ate it. I did a little bit of pool exercise while I was teaching my swim lessons this afternoon. But then I ate the toblerone bar my boss gave me with a glass of soda. And for dinner we had stir fry with fried rice; then I had a biscuit and coke for a snack after supper. And then I had a jumbo marshmallow with a rootbeer. Not. A. Good. Day.
Hi, my name's Lucy Regina and I'm fat. I do not like being fat because I have become very unhealthy since I gained weight and my favorite clothes do not fit anymore, and I take up an unnecessary amount of space. So I am keeping this blog to keep myself accountable as I attempt to regain my health.
