I knew munching last night would leave a mark, and it did. I weighed in at 210.4 lbs. this morning.
For breakfast I had a bottle of chocolate milk and a cherry danish.
Throughout the rest of the day I consumed 4 more danishes (for shame!), and a Sunkist, a lunchable, some goldfish crackers, and some iced tea, and 2 small fish filets. It's the first day to myself I've had in six weeks so I decided to take a break and just eat whatever I wanted...
