Day 4

Finally I had a healthy drink with my sausage and cheese biscuits today. I had green tea. I forgot to weigh myself before I ate but after breakfast I was 216.3 pounds.
I had water at work. I didn't do heavy lifting worth mentioning. I was bad though and ate a fried chicken sandwich, fries, and a shake. I packed food but I was so cold...and I am not often cold. So I got got food at work.
Then I had to ride five hours somewhere and the only fast food place we found was Dunkin Donuts so I had a flatbread sandwich and a donut with a eootbeer.
