Well, the scale was a little nicer today. It said 216.6 pounds. Thing is, as bad as I said yesterday was, because it looked back written down, it was actually a lot better than my usual habits. So weighing less today doesn't surprise me at all. I know I can't expect results like that every time I do better than usual but it is still encouraging.
For breakfast I ate an apple, and again two of the mini sausage and cheese biscuit sandwiches. I did drink a rootbeer with it but that was only because my iced coffee had gone completely sour and I needed caffeine to wake up for work.
At work I did a little bit of heavy lifting. I had rootbeer again there though. The water makes me sick there so I can't drink it, and rootbeer somehow just makes me feel better. It makes me happy. And at work I always need something to lift my spirits because...well I work in fast food. In the drive thru. Although...this weekend I have been told I get to spend in the kitchen and I am super excited because I actually really love working in the kitchen.
For lunch I ate a lunchable. That was all. And when I got home I had a two bites of cookies that I broke off giant cookies, and I ate a two-bite-sized piece of coffee cake our neighbor sent over. For dinner we had leftover Italian food so I ate that. After dinner I had an iced coffee and that was it.
